Standing proudly on the corner of Forest Road and Chingford Road is our Landmark pub, The Bell. The Bell has all the elements of the great British pub. With 8 hand pulls serving a constantly changing selection of cask Ales, and a well thought-out selection of Lager and craft beer alongside a refreshingly unique wine list, fresh seasonal food delivered by an award winning head chef.
We are now looking to hire a dynamic AM who will help drive sales, boost bookings, train staff, ensure customer satisfaction and most of all have a passion to work in this industry. You would work closely with the GM and the team and always be able to ensure the highest level of standards are kept at all times with regards to cleanliness, service, knowledge and quality of food and drinks.
The right candidate should have/be:
• Previous experience
• Team leadership skills
• Ability to train staff and work closely with them
• Good knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and food
• Stock control
• Enthusiastic/flexible
• Excellent communication skills
• Provide excellent customer service
