Up to £30,000 per annum, 5 days a week, 48 hours a week.

What we expect from you and the role
We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager, who is a confident, hands-on and pro-active leader. You’ll be working closely with the General Manager to lead a small FOH team, so will need to be able communicate effectively and inspire the highest standards of service and operations.

The successful Assistant Manager will have:
• Prior experience as an Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager;
• A warm, personable and professional nature;
• Passion for and knowledge of food and beverage and the London restaurant scene;
• Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety;
• A willingness to lead your team by example;
• Strong focus on training and L and D;
• Good knowledge of or experience in Asian cuisine and culture is a bonus!
