The ideal assistant Manager will have a background knowledge of a quality food led operation and a busy pub environment to be able to run both parts of the businesses effectively.
The role requires the following qualifications and experience :
• Have a stable and progressive career, with at least 2 years of experience at assistant manager or General deputy Management level within a pub/ restaurant environment.
• Be comfortable dealing with volume
• Have a full and encompassing understanding of the Profit and Loss, and can demonstrate a positive influence on it
• Have a positive and prominent presence, an engaging leadership style and the ability to develop staff through coaching and hands on training.
