Little Big Leaders is an established supplementary school and are now expanding.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager for our Saturday School at Stanmore. The person must have the following:-
- Be able to demonstrate a track record of working in a senior role
- Have some marketing skills
- Able to sell to new and existing clients
- Able to cover a lesson if required
- Understand parents request and know how to deal with parents enquiries
- Enjoy working with pre-school and primary school aged children
- Know how social media works and what will make a great story to go on social media
- Know how to grow the clients at this location – ie know where to advertise
- Can supervise a team of tutors to produce their best in students
- Understands excel, word and Power Point
- Can train new and existing staff
- Professional when dealing with people
On going training provided.
