Job Description:
Assist in growing the company revenues (with incentives to do so).
Responsibility for the day to day running of the shop.
Store presentation.
After suitable training, oversee quality control of the daily food production.
Oversea planning and organising of daily food production.
Plan and organise deliveries - ensure that they are sent out of the store on time.
Organisation of staff so that output is produced in the most efficient way.
Control staff training. Understand the importance of it.
Responsibility for maintaining key store documentation.
Maintain 5* food hygiene rating.
Work with the general manager in achieving KPI’s.
Key requirements
• 4 + Years experience in a similar environment, at least 2 years at management level.
Desired Skills and experience
• A desire for continual self improvement.
• A proactive attitude.
• Natural leader, willing to take on responsibility.
• A keen eye for detail, aware of how a shop should be presented.
• A good general understanding of food products.
• Inspiring and engaging personality with real leadership capabilities.
• Assistant management experience in a busy food based environment.
• Comfortable with customer engagement
• A passion for producing incredible food.
• Great eye for Detail
• Consistent and professional approach to all staff members.
• Extensive food and coffee experience
• Valid UK visa with 2 + years remaining
• Familiarity with till software and the use of Excel.
