We are looking for a full-time Assistant Manager for our flagship venue based in the heart of Bethnal Green. The star of Bethnal Green is part of Electric star Pubs, focused on local customers and great drinks. Our food is provided by 'Smokey Tails' and we host their unforgettable brunch, a burger menu throughout the week and sort-after roasts each Sunday.
We are known for having great late night weekend events, function room, karaoke room, and an extremely popular quiz.
We are looking for a natural team leader who enjoys working in a busy lively environment.

You will need:
* 2 Or more years of customer service experience within in a pub or restaurant environment, at least 6 months in another supervisor or duty manager position.
* To have had previous cash handling and key holder experience.
* A personal license is not essential but preferred.
* To be able to deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with clientele.
* experience leading a team.
* Strong ability to manage a busy bookings diary, including a mixture of private functions and Sunday lunch bookings.
* Ability to be a fair but strong manager who strives to get the best from every staff member, and to provide the best customer experience possible.
