Well established, modern Italian restaurant, recently refurbished to exceptionally high standards is looking to recruit a new assistant manager to work alongside the general manager in managing a growing team. You will be enthusiastic and dynamic and ideally have experience in an Italian restaurant background. Responsibilities will include running the restaurant and private rooms to the highest of standards, providing excellent levels of service to a regular and new clientele and creating and managing a team of young, enthusiastic and professional floor staff.
