The role is focused on motivating, training and building the team who delivers excellent service standards to our customers.
Assistant Manager is responsible for meeting budgets and exceeding revenue targets as well as managing the team.
Candidates must have prior management experience in a busy and high volume restaurant and/or bar.
Our preferred candidates is someone who has previous experience of working as a Assistant Manager in a similar environment and a passion for delivering the best customer service at all times. Can effectively manage and develop, train and engage a high performing team committed to delivering clear goals.
Overall you will have bags of personality, passion and a can-do attitude.
