We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join our fast track management program, working on some of the most luxurious cruise ships at sea! In return the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary.
This is a permanent position based on continuous contracts of 6 months, with a one month break in between rotations.
What is involved in the Assistant Manager role?
- Based on board one of our many cruise ships, you will be working in the retail department.
- You will be part of the management team responsible for running a team of retail sales consultants and product specialists.
- Assisting in running a team of retail sales and specialist consultants.
- Ensuring the efficient day to day running of the retail department.
- Ensure outstanding customer service is provided, whilst maximising sales profits.
- Training is provided over a 12 week on board program.
Our Assistant Manager:
- Must be 21 years of age or over
- A proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- A background in retail management
- Determination and motivation is a must
