The White Swan is the first of our recently acquired London sites to come into our possession and we are looking to recruit a GM to integrate the business and team to our standards and procedures, ensure the smooth transition and build a team ready for a post-Christmas investment.
The site currently trades as a Greene King locals site and was previously a Taylor Walker, initially we will trade the site with a McFayre menu and post investment will move it to Urban Play.
The site currently trades from 11am until 11pm (midnight Saturdays) at an average of 22k a week, 4k of which is food with live music and sport the main drivers of weekend trade. Post investment we would expect the site to take approximately. 30k a week with a focus on beer and fresh food with the removal of live sport and retention of live music.

• Exceeding guest expectations daily
• Leading the team to deliver outstanding service
• Coach and guide new Team Members
• All aspects of cash and stock control
• Management duties including dealing with bookings/functions, Rota planning,
cellar management, and deputising in the Managers absence
