Who We Are…
Quentin Restaurants is a collection of restaurant and hotel brands connected to Soho House and Co. We are looking for Assistant Manager talent for our Chicken Shop locations. These restaurants have a 1950s feel set in an American diner setting. We serve unique rotisserie chicken and tasty sides with a simple and fun drinks list. With loads of restaurant and hotel expansion planned for Quentin, we are looking for leaders to come along with us.

The Role…
If you are a Assistant Manager who is passionate about hospitality, food and beverage, and leading great people we want to hear from you.  If you have strong experience as a Assistant Manager in a smaller, fast-casual establishment and are looking for exciting new opportunities, then please apply.
