Bar Story and Peckham Springs are looking for an Assistant Manager / Beverage Manager to help lead and inspire the bar team and manage our drinks menu and cocktail list.
Offering a quality selection of cocktails, spirits, Beers and wine, we are seeking a creative bar supervisor who has excellent cocktail knowledge, a passion for the industry and a commitment to providing great customer service.
The role will include assisting the General Manager in the effective running of the bar, managing a small team, and maintaining an exceptional standard of delivery and professionalism whilst achieving profitability in line with budget.

We are looking for someone with:

Proven experience in high volume environment.
Strong cocktail knowledge/experience
A commitment to outstanding customer service.
experience in stock control and ordering
experience in cashing up, key holding and closing up.
Effective communication with guests and staff.
experience in training and developing a team.
Energy, enthusiasm and an all-round team player.
