The GAZETTE Restaurant Group incorporating GAZETTE Brasseries, BELLEVUE Restaurant and the Petite Sandwich shop in South London are looking to recruit for the following position:
• Assistant Manager
• Waiter (Ress)
Assistant Manager
We are looking for passionate individuals, enthusiastic with previous experience in a management role.
We are a young company is looking for real independent managers or ambitious “leaders in the making” prepared to learn new things and work on new challenges.
We require detail-oriented individuals who are courteous and strong team player.
Waiter (Ress):
Able to run a station of up to 10 tables efficiently from start to finish. We need passionate individuals, enthusiastic and experienced in good quality service with a real enthusiasm and genuine hospitality. A reasonably high level of spoken English and an immaculate presentation is essential.
Both positions are on a full time basis (48 hours per week). Salaries commensurate with experience
