We are looking for an experienced assistant manager to join our team at the Swan Inn Isleworth. This will be a live in position. You will work closely with the manager to ensure the bar operates smoothly. The ideal candidate in this position must thrive in a dynamic and enthusiastic team, maintaining a courteous demeanour with our customers and hotel guests.
Strong leadership and personnel management skills should be accompanied by a customer service orientation and commitment to company values and image. The assistant manager should pay close attention to all operational details to ensure the comfort, safety and enjoyment of guests and job satisfaction of staff.
Key responsibilities will include:
Strong focus on customer service standards.
Achieving targets set by the General Manager.
Ensuring that all standards attention to detail are followed maintained.
Local area knowledge, including local competition in the market, keep up to date with newest hospitality trends to drive business forward.
Ensuring that all health and safety requirements are met and adhered to.
Staff management and development, actively involved in training and motivating the team members.
