The role
We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join our busy site in Peckham.  Varied experience in similar venues is essential. We are looking for someone to oversee all aspects of the operational management of Voodoo Ray’s Peckham alongside the GM.
About you
The ideal candidate must be able to deliver excellent, enthusiastic and genuine customer service.  You would be looking at ways to increase revenue and adhere to fixed costs. You must be adept at maintaining high food hygiene standards and following governmental guidelines in this area.
