Capital Cash, the largest franchisee in the Cash Converters network are looking for an Assistant Store Manager who can make a difference to join the team in Kilburn.
As Assistant Manager, you will be expected to:
Provide excellent customer service at all times, and build strong customer relationships.
Maximize customer opportunities by communicating, motivating and developing yourself to achieve Company objectives and KPI’s.
Follow the Cash Converters Buys and sales process, ensuring full customer understanding and accuracy of completed transactions.
Generate new business in store
Resolve in store customer complaints, and refer to management when appropriate.
Prioritise and organise tasks effectively, ensuring flexibility to meet the day to day demands of the business.
