The Colonel Fawcett in Camden is looking for a new assistant manager to work in our enthusiastic and vibrant team.

We specialise in gin, beer and fantastic food and hope to provide awesome, knowledgeable and friendly service to all of our wonderful customers.

On a regular basis we host gin nights, beer tastings, comedy nights, quizzes, gigs, DJs, supper clubs and much more.

We love the idea of entertaining our customers with a fun range of events and would like someone to come in who's equally as passionate about everything as we are!

Part of the expanding, independent, Tidalwave Bars group owned by three young and enthusiastic owners, we’re looking for someone to help build the reputation in our flagship site.

The Colonel Fawcett is a fantastic venue in the back streets of Camden that has won numerous awards in all areas inc. The Observer Food Monthly Best Sunday Roast, Evening Standard Top Three Roasts In London, King Of Camden, Kentishtowner Runner Up Best Lunch and more.

The pub prides itself on the highest possible service, it's second to none gin selection and it's incredible array of Beers and Ales (we have sixteen beer lines!).
We have a laid back atmosphere with casual dining which can be more formal on Sundays and early weekdays.

Salary £23k + dependent on experience plus bonuses and tips.
