Independent Investment Boutique is seeking an experienced Administrator to support their team at their City of London offices. This is a 9 to 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity and will pay up to £28,000 pro Rota.The Administrator will support the office management and client services team. Duties include:Meeting and greeting clients and visitors in to the office. Answering incoming calls and enquiries. Preparing meeting rooms, including organizing refreshments. Creating of Power Point presentations as well as assisting with the production of fact sheets and newsletters. Organising mail-outs. Help manage online client site content, Distribute the post Scanning, filing of documents (physical and online)The ideal Administrator will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:Previous Administration experience within a corporate environment. Competent in the use of MS Office applications including Power Point, includes Word, Excel and Outlook.A strong work ethic and flexible. Ability to work under pressure and be able to prioritise and juggle various tasks.A strong eye for detail. Flexible and willing to accommodate this. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
