Office Administrator Wanted in London

We have a vacancy for an experienced office administrator to join the team at our web and software development agency.
Responsibilities will include
- managing team workload and job processing
- assisting with quotes, contracts and billing
- credit control
- bookkeeping
- reporting on team and job efficiency
- research projects
- general administration (filing, document processing etc.)
Assisting the Managing Director with
- preparing documentation
- expenses
- diary and email management
- improving and implementing new systems and processes
experience required:
- some experience of bookkeeping and accounts
- high IT literacy
- excellent written English and presentation skills
