Position
The opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Office Administrator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager the role will involve day to day administrative tasks that are related to the smooth running of the office. Invoicing, record keeping, engineer planning, personnel and logistics.
The successful candidate will be:
A confident and proactive communicator with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. A confident telephone manner is a must.
Able to work in an organised and efficient manner and able to prioritise your daily workload.
Have a keen eye for detail and generally a detail-oriented person.
Cheerful with a positive disposition.
Knowledge of the following software packages would be advantageous:
• Clik Service
• Sage accounts
• Microsoft Office software
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administrative position.
