We are currently looking for professional, hardworking teaching assistants or graduates who are looking for weekend work with children.
Four slots available - Saturday mornings, Saturday afternoons, Sunday mornings and/or Sunday afternoons.
Assessments are located at our offices in Hampstead Garden Suburb, NW11.  Local North London person essential.
Our assessments involve testing children on a one to one basis in reading, writing and maths as well as verbal reasoning and non-verbal reasoning. We do this to advise parents on how their child is doing nationally compared to others in their year group and also whether their child is reaching his/her full potential. Tests last approximately 2.5/3 hours.
Full training given and no prior knowledge in schools required but strong interpersonal skills essential. Warm, friendly personality needed to put children at ease and provide a positive working environment. Tests are delivered and marked by our assessment administrators but feedback to parents is then always given by a member of our JK senior teaching team.
JK tutoring is a branch of JK Educate. Our consultancy, run by Katie Krais and Lorrae Jaderberg, both experienced and successful teachers, was created to provide bespoke support for families in all aspects of education.
