Talented Sales Administrator Needed

The Company: Proper Oils is a market leader in the collection and recycling of used cooking oils, providing a high quality and much needed service top the hospitality and foodservice sectors.

From a quality standpoint we are ISCC accredited and Fors accredited with the company having won a number of high profile business awards.
Proper Oils are undergoing a period of rapid growth, having doubled the business in the last twelve months, invested in a new site and infrastructure. To support the businesses ongoing growth we are looking to recruit a high calibre sales administrator to be the glue that holds our sales, marketing and operations team together.
A fast pace and busy role the successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Handle incoming enquiries from existing customers
• Answer new enquiries usually via phone or email, from prospective customers, responding to all incoming enquires within a maximum of 24 hours,
• Categorise all new enquirer's into our 3 client groups to better manage the client relationship, upselling and cross-selling to clients
• Work with the drivers to track market trends, ie pricing, competitor trends, encouraging the drivers to share relevant information they obtain feeding this into the CRM system to inform how each customer is categorised and managed
• Manage incoming leads to provide feedback for marketing and management and also for staff bonuses, including tracking leads from drivers, targets, KPI’s and bonus payments.
• Problem solving any client issues as they arise to ensure we are providing a first class customer service
The ideal candidate will bring to the table a strong track record of supporting growth in a SME working as a key part of as small team. High attention to detail, strong customer service and problem solving skills are a must, as are a positive outlook and the ability to work at a fast pace.
