Administration (Work experience to Permanent)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for work experience for an Administrator position with a small family company, Greenwich Recruitment and Training based in Greenwich.
You must be interested in a full time position (after probation period)
·         Work experience: 2 months = 25 hours a week.
·         Temporary: One month for 3 days week = paid.
·         Permanent Position: after probation which would be Month 4
The role will involve:
·         Liaising with the general manager and office manager.
·         Providing full administrative support to ongoing projects.
·         Researching
·         Data Base Entry
·         Answer telephone
·         Attend events – exhibitions – events  - Job Fairs.
·         Web site up dates
·         Organising and preparing office diary.
You will need to have the following criteria:
Written and verbal communication is essential.
The ability to work in a team
experience in an administration environment.
Computer literacy and keyboard skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word
Accuracy and attention to detail
Location: Greenwich
Start Date: as soon as possible
All travel fees and Expenses provided
£8 An hour Starting Salary when permanent.
