DHAIS are a lead generation company specialising in direct marketing. We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team in the London office in London Bridge.
Full-time position 40 hrs per week
The main role is to support the Project Manager and involves:
First point of call for customers and clients
Data capture
Maintenance of database
Answering the telephone and redirecting calls;
Dealing with all email enquiries and requests;
Reception duties;
General administration;
Raising sales invoices;
Dealing with customers queries.
Working closely with our Project Manager on a daily basis
The role also entails, scheduling the workload, filing, maintaining records, stationery ordering and dealing with any queries from our suppliers.
Requirement and Attributes:
Previous administrative experience essential
Good attention to detail, strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive approach to problem-solving and able to multi-task and prioritise effectively
Positive attitude towards problem-solving and working in a deadline driven environment
Excellent Excel and Word skills plus other Microsoft Office programs
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
Data analysis skills.
Five GCSE’s graded A-C including Maths and English
Fluent, conversational English
Salary £17-19K depending on experience
