We are a mastic sealant Installation company providing the construction industry with operatives otherwise known as 'mastic men', usually the very last trade on a construction site before the completed property is handed back to the contractor's client.
Brief job description
Responding to high volume of email
Responding to clients enquiries or queries in a speedy helpful manner
Regularly liaising with our contracts manager
Creating health and safety documents
Liaising with contractors and site agents
Keeping an organised eye on the weekly work schedule (this can change by the minute)
Creating job sheets and distributing materials to our operatives
Liaising day by day with our workforce managing their work schedules
Ordering sealants, keeping a regular stock check of materials purchased
General ad hoc office duties
The successful candidate will have;
A positive can-do attitude and a common-sense approach
The ability to work on their own initiative
The ability to manage a high-volume workload and work well under pressure
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain a professional approach at all times
Part time 12-16 hours per week, two days per week, on a Monday, Wednesday, or a Friday. Interviews will take place on, Tuesday 26th September.
