Organising the renewal of gas safeties and legionella reviews.
Assist the Property Manager
Answer, screen and transfer inbound telephone calls, take and pass on relevant messages and present an excellent image of the company in doing so.
Diary Management – confirm viewings and book appointments.
Dealing with customer enquiries
Liaising with tenants and landlords where necessary.
Maintaining the social media presence
General admin i.e. Filing, shredding, ordering stationery.
Resolve administration problems and enquiries and give written and oral responses to routine enquiries received from external parties.
Comply with company policies and procedures on Health and Safety, Safeguarding, Equal Opportunities and undertake relevant training in these areas to ensure competence and compliance.
Liaising with landlords and tenants and completing the paperwork for tenancy renewals.
Processing invoices and paying contractors.
Process and allocate ingoing and outgoing payments.
Reconciling ledgers with bank statements
Chasing tenants, landlords and leaseholders in arrears.
Completing quarterly accounts and VAT returns.
Send payment demands
Any other duties as may be reasonably required by the purview of the post.
Knowledge of SAGE 50 will be an advantage.
