This is a part time position for providing accounting, payroll and Human Resources admin support within the Civil Service Club.
Key Responsibilities:
·Previous experience in Human Resources and in a similar role in hospitality is desired.
·Assisting with the training and recruiting.
·Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
·Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point.
·Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment.
·Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
·A friendly and warm personality and committed to retaining and developing people within the Team.
·Supporting month-end financial close support including daily /weekly accounting activities such as AR and AP.
·Process payroll
·Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently.
·Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
Requirements:
·Proven experience in a similar role
·Relevant Qualification
·Ability to work independently
·Knowledge of software like Sage and Jonas desired.
