Temp Tribe is a fast growing, technology focused staffing business specialising in the mobilisation and management of large numbers of temporary hospitality workers.
We are a young, enthusiastic and driven team who are building new technology to support our awesome brand and are now looking to expand to the US.
We’re now looking for a hard working and confident Account Manager who thrives when working with a diverse variety of people and who is able to give top quality attention and service in order to grow existing clients and win new ones.

THE ROLE
Account Management – managing and growing a wide portfolio of existing clients including hotels, caterers, sports venues, event companies and brands.
Mainly office based with weekly on site visits to clients, sign ins for staff and some on call days.
The role is demanding but diverse giving you the opportunity to use your charisma, your skills in sales and business development all whilst representing the Temp Tribe brand. You will be working in a team of motivated, opportunity-seeking individuals. Using our database of temporary staff you will be booking staff who match the requirements of your clients to fulfil their staffing requests. That requires self-motivation and a hunger for success. We’re a young bunch but have almost a decade’s experience in staffing which has made a multi-million pound company within a few years. With your help, that will be tens of millions.
We’re looking for someone who is experienced in account management and business development, who can hit the ground running in looking after clients, growing existing accounts and working to hit targets across the board - not merely sales.
PERFECT CANDIDATE
Happy, positive and fun.
Mature, self motivated and very well presented who is looking for longevity and career progression.
Interested in what we do (specifically at Temp Tribe) and need to be able to demonstrate success in previous roles, how they met their targets and their experience in customer facing role.
Be able to talk to anyone and focus on relationship building, client and staff care.
Hard working, driven and confident; know how to sell herself/himself and the product and be able to converse with a cross section of clients and staff.
Able to take initiative in their work and be able to multitask.
Have excellent attention to detail, be able to write a good email and think quickly on their feet.
Ability to work under pressure in a hectic office to tight deadlines and be able to handle stressful situations calmly
Problem solving attitude – we are here to help solve our clients’ problems by providing great staffing teams.

THE ENVIRONMENT
The office is busy, phones going off regularly but it’s also like a family, we support each other and we will support you too. You’ll have 27 days of holidays per year and treat Friday lunches! We are right around the corner from Shoreditch and we socialise regularly. It might be bowling or pub quiz or drinks with clients and we always have fun! Three things we really care about is driving our business, looking after our staff and having fun.
THE PAY
The pay would be negotiable at 30k + per annum.
We also have a training budget for courses that will add value to the company and to you.
