We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team! This role is on a 12 month FTC.
Where does this role fit in?
Working on what can only be described as one of the biggest names in the Pharmaceutical industry, you will be the individual to liaise between our client and our eCRM and development teams.
You will be managing numerous eCRM campaigns for ITG. This will involve working closely with multiple client stakeholders to extract detailed requirements and being able to confidently brief internal departments through a work flow management process.
You will manage and deliver dynamic email campaigns and one-off requests through all stages of the process from briefing, testing and deployment. You will also need to support the commercial team with management of tracking all activities against the client's budget.
You'll be reviewing briefs, creating Jira tickets, estimating work, liaising with brands and third-party agencies, run project meetings, quality control of email campaigns, booking developer/designer time for email builds, and much more.
