We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our account handling team, specifically lighting for TV commercials, music videos and TV Drama. Booking the very latest lighting equipment you will have a passion to provide great client service and retention primarily liaising with production staff and lighting gaffers. Responsibilities to include:Liaising with clients, providing quotations, negotiating price and offering technical advice solutions. Being the lead contact to technical staff servicing long-form productions. Expanding our client base whilst working closely with all relevant departments to ensure our client's needs are exceeded. Skills and experience:You should have at least 2 years' experience working for a lighting Rental Company. You will have an in-depth knowledge of lighting, dimming, cabling and distribution equipment, especially the latest LED products available in the marketplace.A must PC/Mac literate and have exceptional customer service skills. Salary dependent on experience.
