Key responsibilities:
o Delivering customer service and following steps of service
o Ensuring products are served to Company Specifications
o Maintain great knowledge of Company products and heritage
o Effective communication with colleagues to ensure smooth running of service
You should be:
o Able to provide great customer service consistently
o Friendly and courteous and a team player
o Able to perform day to day tasks with accuracy
o Reliable and honest
o Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
