rhubarb has been at Gallery Mess, which is owned and attached to the Saatchi Gallery, for 7 years providing all premium food and drink.
We are now seeking a talented and enthusiastic Waitress/Waiter to join our fun and vibrant team, so come and be a part of the story rhubarb is writing.
Job role
- Working as a waitress/waiter, you will advise guests on food and wine choices by using up-selling techniques.
- Taking orders in a professional manner and make recommendations.
- Serve food and alcoholic beverages.
- Set tables and answer questions regarding menu selections.
- Working on terrace overlooking York Square.
- Check with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- You are required to learn and be familiar with the POS/ Micros system to ensure the correct entry of the data provided.
- Be attentive to all guests' arriving and ensure they are greeted and served at all times in a friendly and professional manner.
Candidate profile
- You are able to commit to flexible work pattern undertaking evening shifts as well as weekend work.
- A minimum of 2 years experience and proven track record of working in a similar high end dining
- High volume all day dining experience is essential, and only those with relevant experience will be considered
- You will possess excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- You will be an excellent team player

Working 5 days out of 7 (full time)
£9.50 per hour
