Lorne Restaurant is an independent restaurant that serves inventive, unfussy but above all delicious food. Showcasing the best seasonal produce from the UK and Europe. Drinks, in particular wine, are given equal billing alongside the food.
We have only been open 10 weeks, but in that time the front of house hospitality has already become a Hallmark of Lorne Restaurant and one of the key contributors to our increasingly strong reputation.
Like the food, our service ethos is one of understated quality, giving the diners a special meal without the unnecessary fuss and formality.
We are now looking to fill a new waiter/waitress position to work under and learn from the fantastic, experienced senior team we have in place.
The ideal candidate will:

Any prior experience is advantageous but not essential.
