At Crowne Plaza Battersea, We are a luxury hotel with 78 guest rooms and 6 Suites. We have 7 meeting rooms, a Terrace bar and restaurant overlooking the Thames.
Crowne Plaza London Battersea is easily accessible and is just outside the London Congestion Zone. It is located on the South Bank of the river Thames opposite Chelsea Harbour. We are 5 Minute walk to Clapham Junction Station.

About the role
As a Waiter / Waitress, you will manage the effective operation of the restaurant/ lounge area to ensure customer service is at its best.
Your key responsibilities will include maximising all revenue opportunities through effective teamwork and development, serving all food and beverage as required by hotel brand standards and to maintain overall levels of courtesy, service and cleanliness of the food and beverage areas
What we’re looking for in our Waiter / Waitress
- Previous experience within a hotel environment would be advantageous for this role but is not essential,
- A warm and welcoming personality
- Team player
- Excellent spoken and written command of the English language, other languages are beneficial
All applicants must be able to work varying shifts including night, weekends and bank holidays.
