We are now seeking a talented and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our fun and energetic team, so come and be a part of the story rhubarb is writing.
Job role
- Reporting into the Lounge Manager will supervise all aspects of the day to day management for Lounge.
- Allocating tasks to front of house staff.
- To make sure service level is maintained high through out the shift.
- To ensure all staff are organized properly during the shift in order to run smoothly.
- Run pre shift briefing with staff to communicate special, up selling targets for the day, station assignments, business level, out of stock items, previous shift handover, promotions, training of the day.
Candidate profile
- Preferably working experience within an Airport in lounges, restaurants and bars however, hotels or fast paced high street restaurants will be consider.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Immaculate grooming standards.
- Preferably excellent knowledge of wine and food pairing.
- Show drive and passion for Excellent Customer Service!
- Able to resolve in a prompt and timely manner customer issues and provide adequate solutions.
