Telesales team Leader Looking to join an established forward-thinking, entrepreneurial, unbureaucratic and fast-paced company with great career prospects at an exciting time of further growth?If so an award-winning company specialising in compliance driven global software and professional services for the management of temporary workers have a new opportunity for an experienced Telesales Team Leader to manage their internal sales team. As a Telesales Team Leader, you would play an integral role in the supervision and development of the Telesales department.  Your role as Telesales Team Leader will be to manage the performance of a team of internal sales executives whose jobs are to hunt for new business leads to add to their existing client portfolio that they manage.The company constantly push boundaries to achieve new standards in everything that they do. Lead a team to target new business through phone and email campaigns Follow up on targeted marketing campaigns Lead the team to drive new business revenues through the acquisition and servicing of new agency clients in need of umbrella and accountancy solutions Coach team members to always be improving their sales pitch and style Ensure set KPIs are achieved Build strong customer relationships and brand reputation Implement sales plans and deliver accurate forecasts Work to agreed targets.
Requirements:
Proven sales track record of leading a telesales team – preferably within a contact centre environment Good rapport building and networking skills Strong negotiation skills and use of persuasive language Proven coaching skills Focused on results and success Ability to drive a team to meet (and overachieve!) set KPIs and targets Ability to monitor call activity and call quality in line with set targets Ability to develop call and personal development plans Excellent communication skills both verbally and written Highly resilient and resourceful in nature, with advanced ability to adapt swiftly in a fast-moving environment Quick learner - knowledge of our products and their application is key Excellent decision-making skills with proven ability to manage an effective risk reward balance Excellent motivational skills to bring out the best in team members.
