We are looking for Support Workers who can work in the West Drayton and Hayes area's to look after male client's. Could this be you? experience preferred, however we provide training and support and the calls are double ups, so you will always be with another experienced Support Worker. A perfect chance to start out in Support work and gain valuable experience and skills.
We are looking for someone with the right attitude, who is kind and considerate, who can treat the client in a respectful and dignified way whilst providing support with personal care, washing, dressing, mealtimes, medication.
The calls are morning, lunch, tea and evening times. However we have other clients that you may be able to support in addition to this to provide you with extra hours should you wish to work them.
About us we are a community interest business who employs support workers to support people with learning disabilities and mild mental health problems, we have a small friendly team of Support workers and office staff and we are expanding all the time.
