Our Clients in the London Borough of Hounslow urgently require experienced reliable Support Workers to work with Service Users who are Elderly, have Dementia and Mild Mental Health.
Shift patterns: Mondays to Sundays:8am to 3pm or 2pm to 9pm. Nights  - 9pm or 8am.
Essential:

Min NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
Previous experience of working with Autistic Clients.
Must have current Enhanced DBS / CRB or must be willing to do one.  Current DBS/CRB is accepted.

The main duties will include:

High standards of one to one personal care to clients, includes bathing, dressing, feeding and continuity of Care.
Maintaining Continence/Managing Incontinence.
Assistance with getting out of bed in the morning and into bed at night.
Assist with Medication Administration or timely reminders when and if required.
General domestic tasks such as cleaning, bed making, laundry and ironing.
Plus any other Duties that may be requires.
