We have a male client living in the Shepherds Bush area with mild learning disability.

The hours required:

Night and day shifts available - minimum 40 hrs - max 56 hrs.
Main function of the job:
•    To support the client with accessing activities in the community.
•    To promote the independence of this client.
•    To follow the care plan of the client.

Requirements:
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• experience in Care (desirable)
• NVQ Level 2 (desirable, although training will be available)
• Enthusiasm
