Wage / Salary: £26,900.00 gross per annum | £13.00 - £15.00 gross per hour.
Driver required? Essential

Essential: Swimmer
Desired experience: Supporting a client within a family setting and PEG feeding. (But training provided)
Start Date:  as soon as possible
Days and Hours: Average 39.3 hours per week. Monday to Friday, plus one weekend a month. Term-Time: 7.30am to 9.30am and 2.30pm to 7.00pm. School Holidays: 8 hours each weekday.

Sofia 5, is an engaging, fun-loving little girl who is looking for a pro-active, fun and compassionate support worker. Sofia has cerebral palsy, She likes to eat Yummy food but if she is tired from a busy day she has additional nutrition and liquids via a PEG. She requires support with all her care needs.
This role will involve supporting Sofia 1:1, assisting with all aspect of her daily routine and care plan including personal care, accessing fun, educational social activities and implementing therapies as guided by her therapists. We want to ensure Sofia is enabled to maximize her potential. experience supporting a child with similar needs such as cerebral palsy and Peg feeding is highly desirable and you must enjoy being active as she loves to swim and get out and about to do fun activities.
This job will suit a confident, happy and friendly support worker / SEN Nanny who wants to work with a delightful family and is comfortable working alongside Mum and who can use their initiative when appropriate.
