Transitions Living provide supported accommodation for vulnerable young people aged 16 to 21 who making the Transition to independent living.
We are currently looking for dedicated and committed support workers who are passionate about making a difference in vulnerable young people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities to include:
•    To support young people with their independent living skills and to support them to eventually make the transition to independent living.
•    To work offer young people emotional support to vulnerable young people.
•    To follow management instructions, to provide a high quality of service and improve outcomes.

experience not essential as a commitment to wanting to make a difference in young vulnerable people’s lives is more important. Training will be offered. You will need an enhanced DBS.
