We are looking for a person with a passion for working with young people who are vulnerable in and around London, and understand that a young person’s well-being is paramount.
The nature of the role is to provide support and to adhere to policies and procedures, identified plans of support including risk assessments, and to complete an assessment of skills that have been observed or undertaken by residents in various situations and circumstances.
Be required to represent the company in a positive manner at internal and external events. In addition to this, when necessary you will be required to work in partnership with a range of agencies from voluntary to community. To also ensure general support worker duties are completed, resident files are updated and maintained, incident reports are completed in as much details as possible within 24 hrs, and daily health and safety checks are carried out.
The ideal candidate is a person who cares and who genuinely has the desire to make a difference in young people lives. Additionally, you will also need to display; great communication skills, good organisation skills and the ability to liaise with senior support workers and management when necessary.
You will need to be able to work on a Rota basis, including evenings, nights, weekends and sleep-ins.
