Our Woodford Court service is a residential home for 12 adults based in Essex/London borders with great links into the city on the central line. You will be working as part of a team supporting people with social activities, training, working, shopping, budgeting and personal care.
A full clean driving licence is preferable but not essential to the role.
A flexible approach to shift working is required covering days/weekends and possible night shift.
We offer an excellent annual leave allowance (35 days including bank holidays for full time staff / pro rata for PT), full induction and the opportunity to achieve a health and social care diploma.
No experience is required, but you must be able to demonstrate the right values and behaviours to make a difference to disabled people’s lives. We are looking for people who are responsible, motivated and enthusiastic with clear communication skills.
We are looking for people that are passionate and dedicated to delivering an excellent service to our residents. Previous experience in social care is not essential, as all our staff are given regular, up to date training, but the willingness to support our customers with care and dignity is a must.
