The aim of our homes is to provide a safe and stimulating environment for adults and young people.
Our dedicated staff support and encourage service users to achieve positive outcomes in their lives and we are looking to recruit staff to work with individuals with learning disabilities and mental health and complex needs aged between 18 to 65, within the Pinner, Greater London area.
We currently have full-time and part time hours available.
Key responsibilities:
To promote individualised person centred support in a residential setting and outreach support to help residents enjoy a fulfilling and valued life.
Enable residents to participate in meaningful opportunities and experiences in their home and the community.
Be motivated, flexible and compassionate to the residents.
Good communication skills - written and verbal.
Extensive training packages will be available.
