Transitions Living provide supported accommodation for vulnerable young people aged 16 to 21 years old who are the leaving care system or looking to gain independent living skills. Our aim is to provide a safe, nurturing environment to help young people make the transitions to independent living.
We are currently looking to recruit a dynamic and dedicated support workers to our team.
We are looking for someone with commitment and passion of working with vulnerable young people.
Knowledge and experience of working with challenging young people and young people who have a history of offending behaviour, substance misuse and mental health issues is an advantage for this post.
You will need an Enhanced DBS.
