We are looking for ambitious and passionate full and part time Supervisors to join our teams at The Griffin in Hackney.
Just off Great Eastern street the Griffin is very much a locals' Boozer with a huge offer of international craft beer and great artisan wines. Boasting beautiful grade one listed design and english heritage protected mirrors The Griffin has been the living room away from home since the 17th century - and we are proud to be continuing this tradition by keeping it local, snug and cosy.
About the job
We are looking for candidates with a passion for food and drink, who hold a view to progress throughout our ever-growing company.
We offer excellent training and development opportunities with excellent opportunities for career progression. All of Barworks' current GM's and Operations team started as Assistant Managers.
Successful candidates can expect a challenging and fulfilling role and receive WSET training, personal license training. A wide range of product knowledge training is on offer including opportunities to travel the World visiting some of the producers we work with.

We are looking for beer enthusiasts, spirit fans and wine enjoyers with excellent customer service and a proven track record. Ideally with at least one year of similar experience, but the right personality also goes a long way. Full training is provided. Someone who is enthusiastic and who loves to work within a large team environment would thrive in our company.
