Do you love delivering great service and being part of a fun and friendly team? Great!  We are recruiting for a full time / part time  Team Supervisor/ Team Leader to join us at the White Swan. The White Swan is one of the most recently acquired properties by Mcmullen and Sons and will open as such in September 2022.
Situated on the corner of Vauxhall Bridge Road and Causton Street, The White Swan has been trading as a public house since 1759 and is steeped in local history. The pub overlooks the Thames river where years previous a boat would dock taking prisoners from Millbank prison to Australia from the UK. Today the pub boasts a fantastic location in Victoria just a few minutes walking distance from Tate Britain, The Thames river and Westminster.

As a Team Supervisor/ Team Leader you will be responsible for:-

Delighting our guests through exceptional service.
Coaching and guiding our Team Members
Running shifts and supporting the Management team.

Prior experience within a supervisory role is essential however full training will be given through the Mcmullen Silver Award both in house and at our Training and Development Centre in Hertford.
