A Domino’s Pizza franchisee of 13 stores is recruiting Store, Assistant and Shift Managers for Domino's Pizza in New Cross and Greenwich Area. London (south East)
The job role Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage, motivate staff, recruit staff, train and develop staff according to company policies and employment laws and managing the store’s crew in a way which encourages good working conditions, low staff turnover and superb customer service.
• Manage labour, food cost on daily basis and overheads.
• Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company defined procedures and policies at all time with staff and customer safety as the uppermost priority.
* Manage, maintain stock of all food and beverages items and ensuring that food deliveries are correctly checked, stored and entered into the computer system.
• Manage health and safety, security and emergency systems, staff and customer awareness system according to company policy and relevant laws.
• Attend meeting and contribute to the company strategy and policy decisions as required.
• Develop personal skills and capability through ongoing training as provided by the company.
The Ideal Candidates:
• Be experienced in a similar role in a fast- paced, high volume, retail food delivery industry at Manager level for at least 1 years.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Be able to demonstrate supervisory and proven leadership abilities.
• Have the desire to progress to an Area Manager Role.
• Willing to work between 50 to 55 hours including evenings and weekends.
• Willing to work in any location (London and Kent)
