Store Manager, Full Time (Tuesday to Saturday)
Colourfield London is expanding! We are looking to recruit an experienced Store Manager for our new flagship store in Shoreditch. The ideal candidate will have a flair for fashion, be approachable and friendly, and love being on the shop floor interacting with our customers.
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for:
• Providing excellent, high quality customer service
• Creating a unique sales experience, by assembling Colourfield handbags and accessories on the shop floor in front of customers!
• Driving forward sales and meeting company targets
• Leading and motivating the store team, to ensure they create the best shopping experience for our customers
• Helping to maintain stock levels and exceptional standards in housekeeping and visual merchandising
• Daily cash and audit reconciliation
• Representing the Colourfield brand
• Maintaining the security of the shop premises, stock and money on your working days
• Ensuring health and safety standards are met
• Assisting the Director and Fashion Manager with the day to day running of Colourfield, as required
Essential Requirements
• Store management experience - Minimum 1 year
• A creative flair, with the ability to assemble handbags and accessories in front of customers – this is what sets us apart and makes Colourfield unique!
• A sparkling, energetic and friendly personality
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Team orientated, with proven experience of motivating and managing others
• An interest in the fashion industry
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Previous experience of working for a fashion brand in a retail environment
