A Sous Chef with imagination and flair is needed to join the team of this family run gastro pub. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef running the kitchen to maintain the high standards, train junior staff and ensure the quality is second to none.
We are looking for a strong Sous Chef with experience in busy restaurants. Excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a busy kitchen working with fresh seasonal ingredients. We are a family run team producing high quality freshly made food. Menus and specials boards changed frequently. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated person looking to grow within a like minded team who will work and be trained alongside the Head Chef. Must be reliable, hard working and a team player.
